Gallery On The Go…

We encounter so many things on the street everyday but often forget about them or blindside them. From that thought came a question… Have we succumbed to the capitalist way of life that often doesn't allow us to find time to admire things in our everyday life or does inspiration become routine once it's been viewed multiple times?

Something that truly captured my attention and enamored me after I moved from Bangalore, India to Burbank, California were these beautiful utility boxes that have mural paintings on them. It made me pause and admire the artwork while making me reflect and giving me a deeper sense of perspective.

In the process of documenting these murals via photographs, I learnt the art of being truly mindful, observant and inspired as I navigate life, giving birth to the series 'Gallery On The Go'!
