Rajasthan - February 2024The land of Forts, Palaces and Heritage
Rajasthan was on my wishlist of places to visit in India for as long as I can remember. The royal visuals, whether in movies or photographs, have always fascinated me and made me pause to observe the intricacies. In February of 2024, I got the opportunity to visit this lovely state and witness it in person.
Over the span of a week, I travelled around Jaipur, Pushkar, Ajmer, Chittorgarh and Udaipur and decided to document it on film. Travel to me is about truly being present and absorbing what’s in front of me. Over time and some travel later, I have discovered shooting on film enables me to do that, while also in some way keeping an excitement factor after coming back. Shot on Kodak Portra 400!
